The ORVIBO Smart Touch Dimmer Switch requires a neutral wire for installation and is compatible with American standard electrical boxes. It does not require any custom wiring, modifications, or hubs. However, it's important to note that the MixPad D1 only controls lighting devices and is not a substitute for switches that control non-lighting devices like ceiling fans, vents, outlets, smart bulbs, or floor heaters.

Rest assured with our warm guidance for any unforeseen issues. In the event of anomalies such as difficulty turning the device on/off, follow our simple restart procedure: Remove the wall plate, pull out the Fast Switching Tab at the bottom, and reinsert it after the screen goes black. Additionally, for seamless intercom/broadcast functionality, ensure all Mixpads are connected to the same router for compatibility.
